These terms govern the use of the Sonivre app on iPhone, iPad and Android, published by Mael Rochard Brunet (contact@maelrochard.com). By installing or using Sonivre, you accept them.
Sonivre reads aloud the documents you import (EPUB, PDF, images). Reading with system voices is free. Some features, including the Kokoro AI voice, are reserved for the Sonivre Pro subscription.
You are responsible for the files you import and must hold the rights needed to use them. Sonivre is intended for personal use and claims no rights over your content.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, resell or decompile it, or bypass its subscription mechanisms, except where the law allows.
Reading is generated automatically and may contain pronunciation or segmentation errors. The Kokoro voice is based on the open Kokoro-82M model, distributed under the Apache 2.0 license.
Sonivre is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Keep a copy of your original files. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to direct damages. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
